A project is said to be participatory when the outcomes are guided by the participants. This means that Common Ground through Creativity supports and facilitates:
•the hosting organization in determining the project objectives
•engaging participants in exploring values and aspirations for topics
•the development of the creative and/or collaborative process
•the development and coordination of how the products will be shared with the broader community, if this is a desired outcome
