La Finca Market Garden was started by two graduate students with a shared vision and passion for local and natural (chemical free) foods.
This short documentary includes participatory video and tells the story of how Benil Zamora-Sable and Erik Kocho-Schellenberg started La Finca. They share their inspiration for this project, the challenges along the way and why food production is so important to them. Through this video we also get a sense for Benil and Erik’s quirky personalities and the fun dynamics of farming.
